Hebrews 13:15-16 says, "Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise the fruit of lips that confess his name. And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased."
This was a good verse to close out my day because I am working on self-sacrifice. I'm trying to let go of what I want and do what God wants of me. This is not going to be easy, in fact it's probably going to be really hard.
Another good verse that just came to mind - "Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought but rather think of yourself with sober judgment in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you."
