About Me

My name is Hillary and I was born in the mild month of March in small town New York. I love to bake, especially for other people. Though I haven't read an un-required book in quite awhile, I really like to read realistic fiction books. I have a love for country music and sweet tea even though I am an "easterner".  My second home is in Spring Arbor Michigan where I spent four years as an undergraduate student. Some days I think if you were to take a picture of my heart it would be a map plotted with stops from New York to Michigan, Indiana, North Carolina, and Italy. Ah, yes. Italy... the country that ever since my three week excursion there, I have been in LOVE with. Anyways... My family and friends are extremely important to me and I wouldn't trade them for the world. People are my passion and one of the reasons for which I blog. Though I owe everything to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ because he first loved me.

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
