Christmas!

Christmas is finally here! Today has been a good day. I spent the day with my family visiting my grandparents. We enjoyed some Christmas lasagna which was really good, thanks to my wonderful grandmother. Now we are home and I am enjoying old movies with mom :) after a long nap. This morning I was a little disappointed because it was 40 degrees out and barely any snow. But, as I write, the bedroom window contains a slight night glow and I can see the fluffy white flakes floating to the ground in haste. This has brightened my spirit along with a Merry Christmas phone call from my sister who will soon be home! I am very excited to see her and celebrate Christmas later this week. The best part about celebrating Christmas traditions on different days is that we get to party all week! It is so good to be home and surrounded by family.
